Arashi - my way :D

Ok... on a simple whim, I have decided to make another Naruto OC.... Arashi-chan XD Some of you might recognize her from , but the original design came from me XD (you can even ask her, actually... hehe)

The character design came from me, but the color scheme came from her... what I initially wanted to do was make her look like the female version of Yondy... hehehe... but then she said they'd suffer from an identity crisis if I did...
